What they are

A cookie is a small file that a site stores in your browser in order to remember information between visits. This site uses the minimum necessary, and none for advertising purposes.

eklisia_consent is not a cookie: it is stored in the browser’s local storage or, if that is not available, in its session storage; as a last resort, when neither of those works, it is kept only in the page’s memory, and does not survive navigating to another one. It does not travel in any request and it is technically necessary in order to respect your decision. It is documented here because, although the law does not require consent for it, it does require transparency.

The Google Analytics cookies are created only if you accept. For as long as you do not accept, the Google Analytics script is not even downloaded.

How to manage them

You can reject the analytics in the notice that appears on your first visit. To change your mind afterwards, use the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of any page: the notice will appear again and you will be able to choose anew.

Your browser additionally allows you to block or delete cookies from its own privacy settings.
