Purpose

These conditions govern access to the eklisia.app site and the use of the Eklisia application, a Catholic devotional application that offers the verse of the day, the readings of the Mass, the biblical text offline and the calendar of saints.

Acceptable use

Access to the site is free and open. You undertake not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disturb its operation and not to extract its content in a massive and automated manner.

Intellectual property

The name Eklisia, its design and its original texts belong to the owner.

The biblical texts that the application distributes are public domain editions, and are identified as such within the application itself. The lectionary references indicate what is read each day; they do not reproduce the protected edition of the official lectionary.

Subscriptions

The application will offer a paid subscription. The purchase, the renewal, the cancellation and the refunds are governed by the conditions of Google Play or of the App Store, according to the store from which you have bought, and are managed from your account in that store.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is and without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The owner is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, from errors in the content or from the use you make of the application, except insofar as the law does not permit such exclusion.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
